i have the impression that since this hero does not have a fixed max damage of 40k like serratica and dynamica it could be a problem to not put on him the right insigna to limit this (at least on reflected damage). sure, he is sturdy and cant get one shotted, but he still get 15% of max hp if hitted (that would be in the million digits). any multishot skill like dyna and serra has the potential to kill him in one go.

In a 1v1 scenario I think tusked is better but 6v6 Rose is better imo

My devo Male is just so weak, he dies almost instantly (with epic gear) Even tho he has epic gear, unlike my Cele or Serra who are insane and seem way better with full legendary gear. Is that normal ?
