I'm sure all the eggs are fine. They all disappeared before anything happened. Also according to Twitter, many players (including Bad and Dapper), didn't make the boat and are still stuck in Purgatory. Some like Baghera and Cellbit chose to stay behind for their eggs, and some just simply couldn't make it on time. We don't know the fate of everyone that couldn't log in today.

In terms of atmosphere and work this event has been amazing and the team of Quackity Studios is incredible. But god damn if this wasn’t also so disheartening. It’s not over yet by a long shot but here’s hoping they give some shred of hope. (Also Philza flying him and Tubbo to the ship with failing wings was so goddamn cinematic. So cool!)

I swear ALL OF THIS FUCKING CHAOS STARTED WHEN QSMP WAS FIRST RELEASED, a happy and wholesome story with eggs meeting then eggs dying, betrayal and lore going on and when the eggs went missing for 1st and 2nd time. This all started when Quackity just wanted QSMP to be a good story but instead puts lore in it like DSMP.

I don't think the eggs are dead, and I also don't think they could have saved a few eggs without survivor's guilt kicking in. My guess is they'll be found back in the adoption center, a little bruised but alive, with the island changed to combat whatever threat crept in while the parents were away.

To be completely brutally honesty, imo this was a bad ending. Not a good bad ending, a bad bad ending. The creators wasted ten days of their time and sleep schedule for nothing at all, they made everyone fight eachother for nothing at all, the viewers watched for nothing at all. It is a genuinely unsatisfying ending both for players and viewers alike. In the end, we got no eggs back, half the team is still in purgatory and the egg that we may have actually gotten back was Dapper. Bad spawncamped for the entire game and in the end he was closest to being rewarded. Phil and Tubbo worked so hard for this shit and in the end they sounded so gutted I just felt bad for them at that point. I was really, really hopeful about purgatory and tried my best to enjoy it but in the end I truly did not. No hate to those who made, directed and acted in purgatory. I am proud of each one of them for giving us content. This is just my honest opinion.

Why is anything with a story completely allergic to happy events/endings? The world isn't bad enough, eh? My interest in the qsmp was reliant on the relationships with the eggs and their people, some more than others. I like the people, too, but the eggs added stakes to the game and their personalities and how they play the eggs is awesome. I didn't like the eggs being taken from the start and it wrecked any fun of watching purgatory. Just bad storytelling at this point. If the CCs have no power at all, no say, no influence, then what are they playing for?
