Thanks for this tutorial series. I am facing an error while using *ngIf, where it does not show up anything on using this directive. On checking the browser's developer console I am able to see the message: Can't bind to 'ng-if' since it isn't a known property of 'div'. Can you please help me with this. The code in app.component.ts and app.component.html is exactly the same as yours as I have been following up since tutorial 1.

Is it okay if I access the variables readMe() and showMsg without double quotes like this. What is the difference with and without "", is it a lint. Click Button showMsg in app.component is true

Method you can call it like "readMe()" this is correct In the second statement its not correct. It has to be a string variable since data will be binded. Hence we need to use "showMsg".
