this is probably the best tut on angular and especially this $scope thing so far.... actually when you said "it's more or less like the scope in js", i suddenly understood why this $scope has always been so complicated :) i mean, js scope is already a pain in the a** XD thanks for the vid !

Good work! please keep it up, you explain in detail, which is required and good for beginner but you do repeat yourself and hence video duration is longer then necessary.

His explanations are informative. However his audience for this actual session could have been poor listeners making him repeat the same information a lot of times and people who are sharp enough looses interest watching this video

@Saul Diaz, You may be a good learner, grasping concepts quickly (not everyone learns at the same pace), However the person teaching this tutorial is a good Teacher and knows how to present it to every type of Student (not just the fast learners). Teaching and Learning are two different skills, believe me.

I think 3rd approach is same as 1st approach because if you remove the given line $scope.o = this; As we create instance of controller as "o" so still work fine.
