in app-routing.module, add 'export' to 'const routes' and do not export or even declare the 'routingComponents' array. Then, in app.module, import only 'AppRoutingModule' from 'app-routing.module'

I have watched other tutorials but I may just be dumb but I didn't get it and they didn't even say it clearly like in here, many videos actually skip these stuff. I read about ts just recently so I can understand ng.. still not comfortable with the new syntax stuff, others lost me at decorators and a million imports typed. Hello guys! Please tell me if u know about this. When we write --routing (Routing Option) in Angular CLI, do we have to do such as: Adding base tag in index.html file, Creating app-routing.module.ts, and Setup anything in app.module.ts? I'm really so confused about this. When we should to write --routing (Routing Option)? And when we shouldn't write --routing (Routing Option)? Coz, Vishwass said "now we MIGHT NOT always generate a new APPLICATION with the Routing Option, BUT we MIGHT want to add routing to our EXISTING APPLICATION as well". And then the question is: 1. What is the APPLICATION he means? Do you mean COMPONENT? Departments Comp and Employees Comp? 2. Does the Angular PROJECT could contain a various APPLICATION? Coz, i think PROJECT is APPLICATION. I hope somebody could give me explanation about my question huhu. Thank you guys!

Project is how your code is organised within the code editor. Application is what you get when you run your project code.

@Agesta Saputra: When you are creating a new project in Angular CLI, there are 3 questions that you have to answer in the terminal. The first one is if you want to add routing. Now is the right moment to write Y (=yes). So, the app-routing.module.ts is created automatically. If, by mistake, you write there N (=no), you have to follow another tutorial where you can learn how to add this routing to your project.
