Do you not get lots of moths due to the deep litter.Had to get rid of the deep litter as it was hoaching way the things,

Yes moths can be a problem but I keep on top of it with the use of a blow torch and also I spray lavender oil once a month as a repellent.

do you think apple cider vinegar will damage that good gut Flora over a long period and do you give it to your stock birds as well

Hi David, That's a good question, to take my PH down to 4.5 all I need is 1ml per litre of water and mine get it 4 to 5 days a week, ive been doing this for about 8 years for all my birds including my stock. I haven't seen anything negative in what ive been doing but they also get per and probiotics to help with the very problem you have highlighted.
