Yes! This is something you should absolutely do! Don't gaslight or try to use your authority to place someone somewhere else simply cause you to think it's better for them, or that it's a waste of their talent to be used in other places. Always listen to what that person wants, and respect it! I felt very bad for Izuku in this video since that trust was broken with every surrounding person. Repeatedly.

This does make sense. But I think of it like auditioning for a role in a musical or play, you might think you fit best as *x* role but the director might think you fit in the *y* role. I feel like this could apply to being a hero/support etc too because what if said person has more skills that would apply to a hero rather than a support course student. But idk, I’m just yapping lol 😂

@ I honestly see what you mean but let’s say If we were in his position, we don’t have a power whatsoever, as a support course hero we build new inventions and liabilities aren’t as common meanwhile being a hero could maybe cost us our entire life, risks are high, probably the reason Izuku has for not wanting to be a normal active hero, here someone else just bet his life away, this impacts his entire career meanwhile a musical role doesn’t, sure it could benefit you but that is just temporarily.
