If that won't happen, it ends up in frustration. After you overcome the frustration/ depression state Saturn gives you what you want. Now you don't want it any more. For example, you want to be in a relationship at your younger age. But you end up humiliated/alone. After several years, a girl started to chase you to be your partner who is better than all the girls you chased in your life. When Saturn gives the results it gives with profit+ interest!!

my mother has 5th house Saturn in Aquarius. First girl child passed away after birth. Two girls born later. No male child. 1/2 miscarriages later on. We both are well educated n settled but because of distance stay away from parents. Less fun attitude, very disciplined, a little pessimistic (moon in 11th house). Gastric issues are too many. Too harsh language. Pessimistic and judgemental. My father passed away in 2014 due to cancer, mother was 48 at the time. (rahu in 7th house, ketu mercury in 1st house). Has a good heart (Ju in Cancer) but makes enemies due to harsh language (Sun n Venus in 2nd house). Progressed economically a lot , more than the family on both sides. Still unhappy (depressed) these days. Very hardworking but gets agitated easily (mars in 12th house).
