Got mine out of the box it was broke the battery will not lock but I got that fixed after talking to the company the screen display scratched all the pieces cannot even see the screen display cuz it's not bright enough but other than that it's an excellent bike

Nice looking bikes, but bad quality control and customer service. Also they falsely advertise a faster speeds that cannot be reached and bikes cant be unlocked. I hoped i would like mine, but not only did it come all damaged and they wanted to fix that by sending me side view mirrors. Dont worry guys you too can spend $2000 on a new aniioki and when it comes all damaged and looks used they will reimburse you some mirrors. Save your money and get a bike from a company that doesnt have the run with your money attitude and actually wants to sell quality not junk and make excuses.

I don’t know what you are talking about. I’ve had nothing but good customer service unlike most other brands
