That sound was produced by the Behringer Model D (you can see it into the box on the right side of the keyboardist). I think the sound have no name because the Model D, like the original Minimoog, haven't patch store capabilities. You can get some good Minimoog emulations online, like the MinimougeVA (free), the Arturia Mini V3 (expensive but great!)!
