भई यह कच्चा पोहा बनाने का तरीका पता नहीं कहां से शुरू हो गया है, MP में ज्यादातर ठेले वाले ये करने लगे हैं। हमारे घर पर तेल मे पोहा डालते हैं, ये पोहा में तेल डाल रहे हैं। नीचे गरम पानी रखने से ऊपर पोहा थोड़े ना पक जायेगा। Guys avoid this sort of uncooked food, it's just oil and flat soaked rice. He should have fried the poha atleast

Bhai , poha already chaval pakakar hi Banta hai. Poha recipee me poha Pani me bhigne se soft ho jate hai.. soft poha paka hua hi hai.. Ab usme milane wala masala ko achche se pakaakar mix kar lene par recipe complete ho jaati hai.. mere dost.

By the way poha upma is not consumed without heating or cooking or whatever you want to call it. After tempering, soaked poha is heated on a low flame for a few minutes before consumption.

Drained water has to be put to use, watering the plants or trees. And I had seen one road side vendor using the drained water of poha neatly filled in big tub which for cows and animals he used to fill and maintain it. Animals atleast get some nutrition and well quench their thirst.
