the present bankung ststem interest rate is ridiculous pre Manmohan Singh period RBI gives money to Banks at x rate whereas commercial banks lend at 3% extra rate now deposit rates of money of depositors getting LOW day by day whereas lending rates increase day by day practically depositors gets least interest. despite loan book of banks increase day by day . And government tax deduction from Salaried class vs Emi paid & property price increase is being hiked by respective state government there by artificial price hike better investment in shares as done by north Indians fetch more value
