I love this commander. I like voltron/go wide strategies and this is like krenko tin street kingpin but with white. I think it would also be solid in rocco street chef. I'm not sure it'll be a popular commander but i can see it in the 99 of a lot of decks

I was looking at this one to add into my Saskia, its is contending with Krenko, Tin-Street Hooligan and I can't decide which I like more, since Krenko cares about power which I can easily buff, but Anim cares about +1 counters which is harder to come by in my list.

It is a plus counters specific card really but it’s very easy to go wide once a few are on there.
