​@@hylark4091let's hear em out, I'm personally an arranger, been doing it for years and I get where they're coming from. A lot of the published arrangements may work fine for some high schools and middle schools, but higher level HS and college bands could use some newer stuff. I think what the OG comment meant was that there are some things in these arrangements that all kinda sound similar and don't really get the vibe of the original tunes. I think this one was better but the mello runs and endings have become kinda cliche and are in almost every arr they publish. I'm glad they're starting to publish some modern songs but I think stand tune arranging should focus more on capturing the authenticity of the original song instead of sounding like "just another band song"
