Realy inspired by your auction videos (and your hunting ones for that matter). By this time next year we plan to have moved to Pratt - looks like that's kind of close to your location - and hope to attend some of those auctions to set up our own homestead. Good Evening Jordan good look round the animal auction more pigeons - thought you had enough! A lot of nice stuff there, thought you might have bought some guineas - some of them looked very nice! We did go out opening morning on the geese and ducks. The geese didn't play too well! They came from the lake two miles away and dropped short three fields away. There weren't many coming from the other lake which we were sat two fields away from. Lots and lots of ducks over the decoys. We just took two nice grey geese out for dinner. We could have taken a lot more. As you get older, Jordan, like us you just like to see them flying around! Let us know when your season starts there in Kansas.Sorry we missed your last vid. apologies from us! Leg of lamb for supper tonight - wish you could join us. Thanks for watching! Pheasant prices can vary a lot! I’ve seen ringnecks sell for as little as $6.50 and goldens for as much as $200. But $50-$100 is common for “rare” pheasants

Yes your correct the color is almond. But they are not jacobins they are Dutch capuchin pigeons. Biggest difference in the breed is the size of the hood.

I regularly attend a small caged animal and sheep & goat sale. Sale held twice a month First and Third Saturdays at Koshkonog Missouri. When you buy at that sale the cages sell with the critters. Rabbits sell real cheep there also. I went thru my common pigeons and removed the solid colored red & blue pigeons and just kept the pretty ones. Those sold for $4 each. I thought that was pretty good. I enjoy the auction video.

Cool video star buying all your Chicks and poults at auction I know several people that bought guineas and chicks this year from hatchery's and had hugfe death losses as the birds got older I gesss with the covid the incubators and the brood fowl aren't being taken care of properly and pens and incubators not being disaffected ...awesome video

In the Philippines we don't have animal auction which is pretty sad...but we have animal tiangge,where there is a lot of people gathered in a certain location and selling different kinds of animals in cheap price and buyers can bargain for the price..
