welcome back.... you've been missed. You missed Halloween and Thanksgiving, but you can always time travel if you like to go back. For the snowballs, yes that is to make a snow man and if you knock one down, go into a building and come back out, it will respawn. You can get cool DIYs if you make the perfect snowman.
