Also fun fact: You can get a hint about the season and possibly weather on the Mystery Island when Kapp’n’s song ends. For example, if the island is currently in Spring, cherry blossom petals will fall down as the song ends. If its raining, rain will appear(i’ve only gotten this for home island though)

Fantastic! Here are a few things I was hoping to see but didn’t. 1. Bulk crafting. Like for fishing bait for example. 2. Being able to use crafting materials if they’re in storage, without having to take them out. 3. A villager radar or something that shows their positions on the map, in case you need to find one in a hurry. 4. Remote access to storage from anywhere 5. And maybe like a little boat of your own that’s a little faster than swimming, where you can fish or haul things out of the sea from.

They waited and waited then literally put every single feature that all players wanted in one single massive update. They resurrected the game and I think it is much better than ever. I hope the developers will get less and less stubborn with quality of life changes in the future, like crafting multiple fish bait at once or not having to read a whole novel when Gulliver is on your island.

@@Goremize I believe they are not improving that deliberately, there is no other explanation. In their minds it is meant to be that way, feedback from the fanbase or players doesn't mean anything. Unfortunately Nintendo is famous for ignoring the most valuable kind of feedback from players, the only reason they are this successful (and rich) is because their games are really original, never pay to win, creative and very well made (also not available on any other platform). I wouldn't buy a Switch if I could play Zelda BOTW, Mario Odyssey, Animal Crossing NH or Smash Bros. elsewhere. I can only hope they change this attitude because they make the greatest games in my opinion but their arrogance has cost them before.

Until then you can always use the mario pipe decor you can buy at the machine in the town hall. I only just found out that if you place 2 down you can teleport between them and it's saved me so much hassle of constantly running from one side of my island to the other :)

@@gothbunie4932 A lot of people refer to Massive Updates as "Free DLCs". I would tell you why, but I myself don't know. To ME, a "Free DLC" is optional, separately downloaded, and free content. With an "Update" being just that, an update. However "DLC" does mean "Downloadable Content" and Updates are downloaded, and usually have content, so the term "DLC" can describe an update. But that might be wrong, and "Free DLC" could be used for some other reason that I am unaware of.
