Great Animal Kingdom Day vlog. I agree that having a car does make things easier if you wish to go places outside the disney bubble. Gemma, I bet your legs go as fast as those guys on travel days. You can see how Disney makes money with their restaurant prices. Well done for your continued great content Gemma and Ian.

Do you know that they sell push pops now but think are only 2 possibly 3 flavours. My daughter who is 9 loves the watermelon one. You can get them in Asda Love the vlogs can’t wait to see the run 😊

Hey Gemma hope your well we have done florida so many times but never done mickeys not so scary would you recommend it or would you recommend 1 whole day at magic kingdom. Thank you love to y all

Love Mickeys not so scary. If you already have tickets for Disney then it’s quite an experience add on depending on date. The rides tend to have very low wait times especially later into the evening, the trick or treating is great. The parade is great. If you’re going to do it you really want to get there for 4pm and stay right til the end. It’s a great night x

Agree about the car. I have been in the past with a driver but they don’t come anymore and I am way too scared to drive my self. But I always miss the car. One day I will put my big girl pants on a do it 🚗

Can you just have drinks in the lounge at space 220 or do you need to order food

Yes 100%. You can just order 1 and tap water if you want or you can order food if you want to. If you have a restaurant booking then you have to pay the set price. When you make a booking it will say lounge in the name just so you know you’re booking the right one. X

We stay in Disney but we also hire a car so that we can go where we choose ,best of both worlds

Hi there Gemma i really enjoy your series i have watched them all. Even though i have done over 30 Orlando trips from the Uk i still pick up tips from your vlogs. I know the resort mugs at Disney normally expire after 14 days but you do not have to even stay on property to get one, i normally buy one as i park at Disney Springs to save money and pass through a resort on the bus to the parks. The only thing i think you could explain better are the flight prices as you said that you paid £49 for your seats whereas what you mean is you paid £49 to choose your seats and that is optional . keep up the good work, Steve

Thanks Steve and thanks for the feedback. Pretty sure I said the flight price on travel day for this trip and then the cost of the seats which we chose to pay 🤔 Got me thinking now. Oh well. Yes I’ve said before they don’t ask for price of staying onsite and although it says length of stay I think that throws people because it’s not really accurate. Wouldn’t be valid for a 3 week stay but is valid for 14 days from purchase 😃 x

Because we’re pros 🤣🤣. I’m joking. Don’t remember last time I picked up a map. It’s all on the app. I just prefer to walk round and explore 😁

Great vlog again. We are staying in Southern Dunes this year, just down a little from the Villa you’ve stayed in in Davenport. Is there a route you can recommend to avoid the I4 when travelling to the parks?

We usually go on the 192 but there are quite a few back roads to avoid a big chunk of the traffic lights on 192. Go down Florence Villa Grove Road off the US27 and Funie Steed Road which will take you all the way down to near Walmart just off 192. Getting to universal though you will end up on the I4. It’s busy but it’s not usually too bad. X

Great vlog again. Our best meal was at Cheesecake factory. We have also got a new favourite breakfast venue. The new Keke’s behind Lazy Dog on 192 - awesome.

totally agree about the car thing - we did a fortnight and has a car for 4 days in the middle so that we could escape the bubble, do some shopping, beach visit etc.

It’s definitely nice to have access to a car and just a few days is a good idea. No point in paying for it to just sit in the hotel car park for most of the trip x

@@theburgesses2004 totally agree - as we were in Disney Bubble it worked out well, we used the Rentals at the Disney Car Centre (where they'll help with breakdowns for People in the parks) they picked us up from the Hotel and dropped us off again - they would have dropped us in a park as well but we'd just finished at the Outlets (!) so were laden with bags! Great service though
