Animal Walk This or That Locomotor Warm Up Activity

Animal Walk This or That is a movement activity where 2 animals flash on the screen and the student chooses one type of animal walk. For example, if they see a crab and a bear, , they crab walk or bear crawl. Each round the picture will be shown for 25 seconds, then a FREEZE sign will appear. This gives students 5 seconds to rest, stand up if needed, reset, and get ready for the next animal.
Animals include: bear, frog, pelican,, snake, horse, crab, rabbit, inchworm, gorilla, bird, bumble bee, and a free choice to end the warm up. Have fun!
