Great vid! I don't take supplements but I do know a fair amount of info on them. I agree with everything he said! Most people are just trying to get you to buy there suppliments. Love how you where honest and and not making this a sales video. Thumbs up and I am now a follower of "Animal pack"

Couldn't agree more. Whey is just to supplement your dietary intake, meaning it isn't necessary but it blows my mind when I see guys in the gym relying solely on supplements alone yet I met a few who eat crappy food outside the gym yet they wonder why they're not getting the results the want.

I have been an ANIMAL user for a few years now. There is no other brand I'll use. Their customer service is great when you order something and their athletes are great ambassadors to the sport. I really like the black and white videos also. ANIMAL has cool clothing as well. I enjoy repping ANIMAL in the gym. Please keep more videos coming; they are very inspirational. I am also hoping that ANIMAL will come out with a blended protein that mixes casein and whey together. Keep up the gr8 work ANIMAL. O.k. Many thanks for answering. While I know these elite athletes supplement with ..other supps (if you can call it that) - I've always wondered/skeptical if they actually use protein powders etc.. I'm glad to see that they do.

I my opinion and having taken animal pak, i feel animal pak is an out dated multi vitamin, just the taste of the pills alone, i dont see how anyone could possibly become use to the flavor and smell of the animal pak. jsut my opinion i love animal products but animal pak is just not for me.
