As to the treatment to fight cancer in dogs and humans, I wish I had known about this new treatment before I had to let my best friend cross over the rainbow bridge from a brain tumor. He was not only my "heart dog", he was my service dog, who saved my life more than once and I couldn't save his. I breath life into him and he saved mine, but on June 3, 2019 I had to say goodbye to him and I still mourn him every day😢

I’m so, so sorry for your loss. There are no real words of comfort that can be said. We just keep going through, and after a time we find the place where we’re at that acceptable peace with our loss. God bless you. You will always know the value of such a special friendship. You could’ve gone through life never having known your best friend, but you did. You had that, and you always will.

Yes, now if he would just start using pierced earring tags instead of branding an animal...my goodness, so cruel. And what gets me too are these huge collars they put on these animals...it seems in today's day and age they could come up with something less cumbersome. All said though, anyone doing the slightest thing and in his case a big thing, to stop poaching is good person and deserves credit.

Those stories about zoos are very touching. I do not consider that algorithm to be fair. It is insane for a few people sitting at a computer to decide the future of a species. Regarding zoos, whether the Danish or the American style, all of them are inhumane. They are not acting for the animals' welfare but rather to generate income. That is the harsh truth. Zoos are generally like the Colosseum, where the Romans used to bring humans and lions together.

Overall GREAT Documentary! Good work. BUT I don't see the point of getting that close to the bear while its conscious and agitated on the trap. Why can't they just fire the dart from a distance to not cause so much stress to the bear??? But by the looks of that guy it's all an EgoBoost for him to get that close. I bet it's not that funny when the bear gets loose! Keep it up Rambo one day nature will strike.

This episode was great ! I had an accidental close encounter with a Black Bear at South Lake Tahoe in 1990's on a hike with my dog. It was following us . My dog wanted to fight it. I yelled and it ran off. It scared the crap out of me. It was only about 150 pounds but that is no match for a panicked human and a fearless 30 pound Cattle Dog. That Grizzly would have given me a heart attack. When it "woke up early" the story got real. Thank you for your brave reporting. 60 Minutes rocks. Need an update on UAP's please 🙏 🛸👽

Excellent video, appreciated and very much needed. The only aspect I wasn't feeling is the description of sperm whales having the largest brains of possibly any being maybe in the entire universe 2:35:00. What bothers me about this is the human race hasn't even explored the entire Earth, not to mention understood it and yet we make proclamations about the Universe as if we've explored it, understand it and mapped everything in it. It's like claiming you know everything about a city but you never left your front porch. The arrogance is palpable when ironically, we STILL don't fully understand many of the species in this very video and we certainly don't have an understanding of what's in the universe we're not even capable of exploring.

Jaguars. ❤🐈🐈⬛🐈❤🥰👍❤ My big spotted - tastefully patterned with darkest brown florets, even, upon the sunshine they rarely see - pussycats, the apex predators who'd eat us in a heartbeat...maybe finding us disappointingly bony and a snack not worth the bother. Just hope you meet one who decides you're not worth the bother, isn't too hungry,...and instead goes after an unfortunate capybara; hilariously they are large mice...so...you'll never see a more literal display of "Cat + Mouse" or "Tom And Jerry" anywhere else on this planet than in the Amazon rainforest! 1:25:15 This demonstration did not prove that the dog was responding to the point. The current design of the test is flawed. It does not single out the pointing as the cause of the dog choosing the correct cup, therefore it is unsuitable for addressing the question of whether the dog is responding to the point in the same way as the toddler. The design flaw occurs because only one of the cups is concealing an item, and that the item is a food treat which is not disguised by the cup. Unlike a human toddler, a dog can smell the location of objects. Placing an edible treat under the cup will make an olfactory beacon that any dog could find. Almost any dog can be trained to sit and wait, then get a treat and when verbally or visually prompted. Placing the treat under a cup would present an obstacle so small as to be insignificant in this task. The test design could be easily improved by the replacing the treat. Each cup should contain a similar object, with the same scent. Perhaps differentiated by colour. Then the objects be placed under separate but identical cups. Then, if the correct object were chosen after the pointing cue, the test would be more reliable.
