I saw the CAFO cover, was wondering if you also tried playing one of Garstka's compositions and here we are.. So you just pick the very hard ones straight out of the gate huh? Good lad

Glad you're enjoying these. They took a lot of practice tho, that's for sure.

Ok how do you get your kit to sound so amazing? Do you play with your own samples? I see you have a scarlet there on the flor? Is that just for capturing the main out from the drums or what? (And also, great cover! you are super good!)
@FryderykSzolc2 жыл бұрын
I’m sending midi signals from my Roland drum module to my computer via the Scarlett interface. Then it triggers the samples from EZDrummer 2 in real time, for this cover I used sounds from the Drums of Destruction pack. And for the Meshuggah covers for example, I use the Metalheads sample pack, which features drum sounds done by Tomas Haake himself, which is really cool. Thanks for watching and commenting! 🤘

@@FryderykSzolc Thank you for answering! I remember I tried something similar with my old TD-9 kit, but got a bit of lagging. I used Rolands small midi interface (UM-ONE). Maybe I need to get a proper midi interface like the Scarlett! Cheers!
@FryderykSzolc2 жыл бұрын
@@Klintebjarnen When I first tried plugging the midi cable straight from the module to the computer, I also got some latency and lagging. Doing that through the interface causes no such issues. The latency is unnoticable.
