@@endrsgmI agree with everything the OP says and yes, that GORGEOUS lion touching earth for the first time. Circuses and test labs are THE WORST. Animals do NOT exist to entertain humans, damnit! But seeing that lion, oh my heart, I SOBBED. I am also a lion and I was held captive by a man for 4.5 years from age 14 to 19. At its worst he kept me chained to my neck in a dog kennel. Even made me sleep in a small dog tent outside. I fled the state to get away from him and to this day he finds ways to contact me online and though other people because he believes I’ll always be his property. My 20 year anniversary of my escape is around the corner and seeing these animals go free is giving my soul healing. I have always been closer to animals than humans because animals are incapable of cruelty, whereas man is driven by it. I roared like a wild beast when I drove away in the middle of the night. I drove 13 hours straight to the coast and screamed and cried the whole time. Something primal took over me and I’ve been honing a lioness mindset ever since. Always on guard. Always ready to attack. I won’t go back to that cage ever again. That’s why when the orangutan was demolishing the cage, I also cried. F*CK THAT CAGE!

This was absolutely heartwarming, the animals released after decades of captivity brought me to tears, how cruel and inhuman 😥😭 I never was in a situation to rescue an animal besides a newborn bird fallen from my a tree nest nearby a busy supermarket on the steet. People's attitude when asking for help and advice cuz I was myself in a hurry and had to take care a bus.. Was quite an experience 😟 many insensitive people, also in a hurry, disconnected from questions concerning nature and it's creatures. I finally found a lady with a "heart" a Window cleaner of the supermarket, she ran to get the birdie from the safe spot I left it (previously on the sidewalk, same color, I nearly stepped on it except I always look where I am stepping, a childhood rule taught to me by my auntie who experienced Wartime in her youth). Then she gave the birdie water and... I had to leave but she warmed my heart! Personally I healed myself of my senseless fear of spiders. There are no dangerous species where I live and they have more reason to fear me than I them. I respect all living species and insects are the ones I am around mostly.. Mosquitoes are not included in my compassionate self rule 🙄 though, but flies, I get them out of the window instead of smacking them dead. And I don't ever kill spiders anymore. The other day I found a bee on the pear rack in a supermarket and took it to the main door to let it fly free (still on the fruit covered with some plastic bag. The 2 employees I turned to at first, in surprise, just told me to throw it inside the garbage after crushing it 😳 well..... Bees are precious by the way and why crush it? It has a right to live too. There's a wrong attitude there that needs to be corrected and pointed out.

So you kidnapped, and held hostage a mother's children, until you were able to also kidnap her. Then you yeated them out of their home, where they had a neat nearby, and a food source (people feeding them because they are cute) drive them miles away to an area where they had nothing and dumped them out. Meanwhile Daddy duck comes back home, finds his family missing and has no idea where to find them. Imagine the stress that poor dick is feeling now, not knowing where his family is, or where to find them. So self absorbed in your own need for validation, that you don't even consider what the ducks are going through.

I fell in love, but could not adopt. I gave him lots of love and attention when I was there. One day I found him in solitary, because he became "a biter." he had been there 4 months, and I had to help. He never bit me, so I fostered him. The shelter tagged him as unadoptable and were going to put him down. I took him. Turns out he already had bad arthritis, and luxating patellas. I wanted him to feel grass and see for miles, instead of the inside of a cage, then death. It's 11 years later, but I got him back to health and he is my best buddy now. These vids are so touching. Someone has to be their voice and advocates as well. Animal cruelty should have the harshest penalties. Humans can be incredibly inhumane at times. Reason I tend to take in and care for every animal that crosses my path. Domestic and wild. Once, I rescued a juvenile racoon from my large dogs. Once I had them locked up, I realized that it had scratched my wrist and brought blood. It was scared, but I sat down and it crawled into my lap for a nap. Knowing that I have two different autoimmune diseases, I thought it best to get treated for the full Rabies protocol. I settled the racoon in my barn that wasn't really used for anything else and headed to the hospital for the first round of injections. They were intense! The others were tolerable. Would do it all over again. The racoon still lives out in the barn and greets me when it sees me. I leave it to itself, though. Don't want it thinking all humans are safe and kind. Same with all the squirrels in the yard. They are quite bold and would come right to me if I didn't shoo them off. It's not that I don't like them, I just don't want them to make the mistake of getting too close to someone who would harm them. Sad, really. They're fun to watch as they frolic it the trees. I'm out in the country with some property, so I look to help any creatures I can. Have raised birds, mended wounds on various wild creatures who come looking for help. My dad always said that they knew exactly who to approach.

That grizzly didn’t ‘need to thank them’ for releasing him back into the wild - he attacked that thing and tried to destroy it because it had caged him. Ferocious and intelligent. As for that lion experiencing freedom for the first time in 13 years, and clawing at the grass and earth to simply feel the sensations … nearly brought me to tears.

Its wonderful to watch the animals be free for the first time.. esp those that spent their lives in cages.. no animal should ever be used for purposes of money...those that do this..are monsters...all these animals are now free to live their lives as they should..bravo

Im crying buckets of sad tears that we, humans, have caused so many of these animals problems. Especially the poor chimpanzees abused for testing for thier entire lives, 40 yrs. Im crying buckets of tears that we, humans, gave halped them and set them free when possible. That Lion on the grass crushed me. My New Years Wish is, Be Kind to every living being, human and others, even when they dont deserve it, if you can. PLEASE. A Colorado Mountain Grandma USA that knows suffering. 💜✌🏻🌏🌎🌍😘💞

When I was working on a golf course in South Carolina I found a pelican who had a fishing line wrapped around his neck and wings. After 2 hours I finally caught it and took it to the vet. He cut off the fishing line and dressed its wounds. I then took it home until it healed. After a couple of days my children and I took it to the beach, via a large dog cage, and released it. It was so rewarding to know that my children and I had an opportunity to help this beautiful bird!!

dont know why there are such humans that think it gives them the right to experiment on animals. thanks to all the people world wide doing good things such as helping animals
@bohdaj Жыл бұрын
i agree ...not only is true what you wrote, but also those experiments on animals are only alibistic, the new substances have to be tested also on humans anyway. But there are many ways how to avoid using animals for this, many scientists use such methods

The most egregious is the LD50 test; What level/dosage kills 50% of the 'samples'. It serves no useful purpose, but it's a legal, bureaucratic requirement for all drugs to have an LD50 score as a method of standardising the lethality.
