The neighbor had heard the dog crying for days and one day she found it quiet, she went there to check and realized the neighbor had moved away and the dog was still there.
She contacted us and when we got there, we took the dog, her name was Barbara, she was a beautiful and affectionate girl, what she had been through. make her stronger.
Now, Barbara is having a better life with us.

I rescued a blind dog... due to injuries his eyes needed to be removed. He doesn't like to be left but I need to work. I have worked my schedule so I am only gone a few hours...he has adjusted to this but does not like if I leave again...so I like to bike and bought a trailer to have him attached to my bike. It works well and he has been able to trust again. He has no trouble when we go for walks, I just help guide him occasionally. He is a good boy and I will give him love and a good life...

In terms of the blindness, I had a blind dog with diabetes. He could still catch flies by mouth during summer time, jump on the bed and couch. Still played with my EBT. Once they map the house out, it's not as bad as it seems. Their nose and ears are top notch even without sight. Lived a full Life of 10 years. Insulin shots extended his by 4 years. Still miss all my dogs that passed away. RIP Peanut & Lexie. Hope she lives a full Life too! She deserves the best! ❤❤❤❤❤

I had a cocker spaniel that went blind at 4 years old due to PRA.She adjusted amazingly and led a happy life till she died at 13. This dog could be very happy with a good owner who will be sensitive to her. I pray that she has a great life ahead. Well done to all you that helped her!❤

Is there no end to the inhumanity towards animals? Poor Barbara will always wonder where her puppies went. She'll never see the sky or grass. I would just like to hug and comfort her forever. 💕
