Thank you for loving him and touching him. He has been neglected for a long time, maybe his entire life. What a tragedy that he is so young and endured obvious neglect. May be the first time in his life to smile. His thick fluffy fur was a surprise. I bet he looked like a littke fluffball when his Monster owner got him, then allowed him to get sick and dumped him.
