This animation and music is so adorable, and it taught me a lesson as an educator. At the beginning, I was getting annoyed with the ant that kept goofing off, not paying attention, and making things out of order/unorganized. Then, when the ant started to fly down the leaf and was able to take then entire leaf to pile instead of just half of the leaf, I realized that the ant wasn't "misbehaving." It was viewing and processing its work differently from the others, which led to it developing an ingenious method to their work. It's not only more efficient (taking a whole leaf instead of half), but it's also more fun (which can boost morale in students and employees alike). And it made me really happy that the coach/leader ant, who was initially disapproving of the ant's behavior, welcomed and supported the ant's idea. There's definitely a time for order and structure (especially when having to deal with 25+ kids!), but it's also important to allow moments for kids to explore the world through their lenses, and for students to come up with their own method or conclusions. This is how passions are discovered, how innovators/creators are born, and how critical-thinking skills are exercised.

Unfortunately, this (the part till THE ANT is frowned upon and discouraged) is what happens in India in MOST of the schools, colleges and companies.
