RIP Zepile.. Killua can indirectly set people to die unintentionally. Zepile failing the hunter exam because of Killua which leads him to get his internal organs harvested because he can't pay the loan he got to get back Gon's license. Pokkle passed the hunter exam which leads to his death later against the Chimera ants.. probably still alive if Killua made him fail the hunter exam.
