However, this file is .ZTL file, which can only be opened and worked with in ZBrush software. You can reduce the polygon count in Blender by pressing the TAB key with model selected, pressing Mesh > Clean Up > Decimate Geometry and setting the Ratio value on, for example, 0.1 (10%). Already decimated model as the one in the video ready to be rigged and animated can be found in the same Google Drive folder as non-decimated. Best regards.
