I got a tip There is something in animation calling easing It’s basically like : less frames = faster // more frames = slower So maybe when you animate the tongue thingy you could start with more frames then add less so it looks a little more natural ( I started animating like 2 days ago so I’m sorry if I got something wrong )

And in like 3d animation it's the opposite Like less or near distance to keyframe = faster, and more or farther distance to keyframe = slower

That's okay! What you mentioned is actually about spacing. The closer you draw the objects frame by frame, the slower they move. The farther you draw them, the faster they move. Easing in and easing out is using those techniques. For example, you can try animating a ball falling on the floor really fast- but to start the motion you first draw the ball in each frame closer - and then as it falls, you draw them farther apart. This is called easing in. The opposite is for easing out. It's just acceleration or deceleration, basically. Hope I helped clear your misunderstandings!

Here’s a tip- you actually can copy paste colors but it’s a lil time consuming I guess You gotta hide the other layers except the one ya wanna copy paste. Then you save it as an image and put the image in all the other frames. It’s not the best method but it works, at least for me

i just opened up ibis paint for the first time in months a few days ago and tried the animation feature and to copy paste multiple layers into the other frames at once without merging them, i just shoved them all into a folder and copy pasted the folder, figured you could use that with the coloring

here some useless tips you can use to make the erase part consistent on every layer. first, air brush on the eye in the selection layer, then move to the hair layer (or any layer you want to erase) and tap clear all and continue this step to other frame with the same selection you make using air brush on the selection layer. but still, love your animation :)
