I wonder if Wreck-It Ralph could work as an actual playable character in Smash Bros. Sure, he's a movie character, but he is a character in a video game, and he does know various video game characters like Pac-Man, Sonic, Ryu, Ken, Bowser and etc, and all of them were playable in Smash Bros.

Wreck-it Ralph seems like a gray area to me. I kinda figured only characters who came from video games *first* are allowed in Smash, but Ralph started off as both a movie & video game. I think movies like that should be given a pass. It would have been a cool, shocking, and completely unexpected fighter reveal.
