One of the dumbest, neverending gimmicks SMRT employs, just like the SMRT shop and dine programme as well as those white elephant stations that are built/to-be built. STARiS 2.0 either never works half the time, or displays the wrong station at times. Not to mention how fast info gets outdated in SG, as construction happens way too often here. Sticking to the old STARiS would do much better.
