With the Last one all charges can easily get thrown out. First he was getting out of a cage and just accidentally partially knocked over the poorly set up water base which is actually improperly set up so legally no charges. Using multiple ropes to try and catch a horse is not animal abuse. Every single time that girl was attacked in reality she could have easily prevented being attacked if she did not break into that guy's train, boat, and property. Self defense is 100% justified. Her trying to damage someone else's property and getting killed in the process would make her the only criminal. She kept attacking them and getting hit back. She then caused multiple of them to be killed because she kept damaging their property and getting in the way of dangerous work. The only person who committed any crimes in her in really really stupid ways. If you break into someone's property to steal their property and you kill people and cause damage then you can be punished for it. She caused him to get kicked in the face and get a nasty scar because she wanted to have dangerous wild animals let free into the wild.

As horses held formidable value. though this also depends on the class and wealth of hendricks, as individuals with connection or money would probably instead receive a hefty fine. The truth is though, you didnt usually survive as a horse thief in the old west. You usually just died, or went into hiding.
