Ever since I pulled this figure out of the package, I have not been able to put him down. I knew that I was going to enjoy this figure, but not nearly as much as I am. This is one that I totally recommend picking up if you have your sights set on him. Do not pass on this one. Otherwise you will regret it. This truly goes to show that the chainsaw man line could be great and now I am curious to see who they are going to make next. Hopefully we get Aki and Makima, but at this point, I have to say that I would be happy with anything. This SH Figuarts Chainsaw Man Samurai Sword Action Figure is a spectacle to say the least and has the same fun factor as the previous figures. I was honestly blown away by this release. Wasn't expecting anything bad, but definitely wasn't expecting something so insane either. Imo it's one of the absolute best SHFs this year; the detail, paint, articulation, posing range, material, it's all immaculate man. Only gripe is the lack of articulation on the coat, but I guess there's no perfect figure. Hope you get better soon!

Awesome review and its so cool how you made a review even though you were sick we appreciate it. Also im so disappointed he didnt come with a regualr head and hands, also a picture of his grandpa and a gun wouldve been so sick and i wouldve paid more tbh. The worst part is i really dont see s.h. doing another katana man figure so that sucks, hopefully figma comes through with the alt look and accessories

As far as i know, samurai used many kind of swords and katana is one type(?) of those swords. Since this guy doesn't represent a specific kind of samurai sword, calling him samurai sword made more sense. But yeah, its harder to say and not as catchy as Katana Man.

SHF are intended for older collectors. They will not last long in the hands of a 10 year old.

Don't let them, Figuarts are 13+ if I remember correctly, and often time some releases have quality control issues, so personally, I wouldn't let my kid have one, but if you do, you should make sure they know how to take care of ond.
