This video makes me feel so old now, holy crap. I was still in middle school when I first watched this. Was still in the closet about, well, pretty much everything. To think it's been well over 8 years now is... Surreal, to say the least. I work a full time job now, actually have a social life, and am open about being a brony to pretty much anyone who asks (among other things I was in the closet about). I think this video came at a pretty important point in my life. Little did I know that a connection to a cartoon would slowly snowball into me getting to know a community, and meet some of who I now regard as the most important people in my life. This video was one of the few things that started me on the path to where I am now, as cheesy as that sounds. James, if you're reading this, I hope your well. I know you've done things you regret, and a lot has happened. But that you realized that and are working towards being a better person makes me really happy to hear. I may not ever get to know you personally, but I want you to know that your animations had an unforgettable impact on my teenage self, and I wouldn't be who or where I am today without em. So thanks for making these animations. I hope your future finds you well, I wish you luck on your new journey.
