Theodore (AKA The Noise) lead the group to the new and improved tower, and there they were met with a foul suprise. A Italian madman was ranting about his plans for being the 1# pizza place in the world, by turning the moon into pizza, everyone was in a state of panic and turmoil, all except the Noise and his friends, they recognized the man in the TV, but something was wrong, their fellow chef had gone through a appalling change, he was no longer the timid, rotund chef they knew and trusted.”

I feel as though the Peppino we see in the video is from an "evil" universe(like the one in South Park) and that Noise mistook him for the normal dimension's Peppino(who was on vacation at the time of the announcement) and pisses on his pizzeria. So after Peppino sees his evil self make the announcement, he runs back and works with his rivals and friends alike to stop Evil Peppino, destroy the Pizza Tower 2 and stop pieces of the pissed-on moon from devastating the earth.

Here’s what I think happened after this video: When Pizzahead woke up from a coma, Noisette, told him that Peppino went insane and destroyed everything including the moon. Pizzahead was shocked, then the other bosses told him it was true. He was terrified, so he looked at the window and everything was destroyed. Fires are everywhere, buildings were destroyed everywhere. There was nothing but destruction. Then Noise said that he is the only one who can save everyone but Pizzahead said: But how? And then The Vigilante said: You still have those cartoony physics? And Pizzahead said: Yes. And Noisette said: That can save the day! But then Pepperman said: But he can’t do it alone! He needs us! And everyone nods. Then they come out of the hospital and as they ran they said: WE WILL STOP YOU PEPPINO!!! And then the game begins
