How to Download & Install FFmpeg for OpenToonz on windows. This will allow you to render Mp4's, webm's and gif's.
Based on the software "Toonz", developed by Digital Video S.p.A. in Italy, OpenToonz has been customized by Studio Ghibli, and used for the creation of its works for many years.

I don't download anything for lip sync or draw phonemes, I just hand draw everything as needed.Have you checked out Darren T's videos on lip sync. He goes in depth with downloading and using papagayo. As well as several other techniques, like automated lip synce and creating mouth shapes. kzbin.info/www/bejne/gIHIqJtteM2ZfKc

Hi i installed the same ffmpeg has you but in not on win 64 im on win11 will it still work?

It should work. Windows 11 is a 64 bit operating system.
