There is a great georeferencer for maps in QGIS, you can then raster the map as xyz tiles, and use it as imagery in Geolayers. It probably takes about 15-30 minutes to learn the QGIS part. I like having QGIS as well as I can merge databases easily with shapefile sets too. Something maybe worth investigating for those mappers out there.
