i went to your channel and watched a couple vids @toastanimation i dont feel its under rated but rather fairly rated for what it is. Its not that its bad in any way shape or form but it just means personally i would rather watch content like this instead of your channel. I mean you can always improve but when you say that you think your own content is under rated you better have that content to back it up.

I know look at my channel i'm still in school in 7th grade to be exact also I did those animations out of my head no tracing except a few key frames I did on paper I did these using a freaking mouse pad of my Mac but yes you are right

I agree the artstyle is a unique blend of Manga/Anime and more american cartoons. I see some japanese influence in the eyes and details but more american influence in the way the body moves and looks. If that all makes sense, Crowfolly is extremely talented.
