If you keep getting those clicking sounds or stiffness in the joints after they have been sitting awhile a Teeny Tiny amount of RC Car Shock Oil applied to the joint will offer a little lubrication to prevent the binding.

Question do I use play doh to hold a gun from Gundam on a figma?

You tried putting a thin layer of super glue on the loose joints after they pop out and waiting for them to dry before putting them back in to tighten them? If they are too tight or won't go back in, lightly sand down until they do.
