Frieza doesn’t limit his powers because his body can’t handle it, he just never trained. He was born as the strongest thing in the universe with every possible competition either being sealed away or just not in the universe so he never bothered training. Unless something got retconned, Frieza is an unparalleled genius who, after like a month of training, caught up to Goku and Vegeta’s decades worth of training.

Not just non-dominant, he fights with one hand. And he subconsciously lowers his strength to that of his opponents, hence Ichigo's victory in the invasion arc. But after the first part of TYBW, he is aware if his weakness and even learns the name of his Zanpakuto. Whats incredible is during the battles leading up to sealing Aizen, Kenpachi became a captain, reduced his strength by a large percentage, I've seen 10%-90% from his eye patch but I don't know, and he wasn't even trying because he enjoyed the fight. In this state, he beat Tosen and would have finished komamura in a 2v1 and they both have bankai. Kenpachi can't use flashstep; he's so strong he can keep up.

I would argue ichigo also limits his strength. He knows his inner-hollow is stronger than the vizards. And after Ulquiorra, well, he could probably smash 13 captains at once. Half of these are just wrong. Orsted doesn't limit his strength; he just has no reason to use his full strength. Broly doesnt have the collar anymore; Deku doesn't limit himself, he just can't use his full strength until very recently; etc. Saitama doesn't limit his strength either.. Same with Makoto. He isn't limiting his strength, he HAS to wear special clothes that absorb his mana or he would just be a walking disaster.
