I'm gonna have to disagree on luffy he got ( all 5 gears including snakeman and tankman /nightmare luffy/water luffy/afro luffy/wax armor luffy/granpa luffy (egg head manga)/gaint luffy (was in a filler episode but still count as a transformation)/kid luffy (post gear 3 pre time skip)/sentor luffy (punk hazard arc)/ that's 15 at least every one piece true fan knows about them and let's not talk about the other parallel universes that luffy exists in them sure some of them might be a gag but they exists so they count 😂 tell me if i missed one
