Definitely outgrowing the space, for the photoshoots there was never enough space for the groups so cosplayers had organize themselves where they could move to because the space for it was right next to the tiny hall to the artist alley and it would block it off. Its a lovely con I just miss the space, if it didn't have a hotel id be really overwhelmed with noise :/

2023 was my first ACross after learning about it from ACR 😉 a few years back. I am also hoping there was space available that we just didn’t know existed, because it looks like we had maxed out what little space there was! Maybe there’s some space at the end of where the doors were for the Artist alley/vendor area..?? Don’t get me wrong, the venue was absolutely gorgeous and I enjoyed my time there but I’d like it to be able to remain there for years to come. It’s a good location. Maybe attendance grew more than expected after the pandemic?

This actually isn’t the first year at the embassy! I think they started there 2 years ago?? Unfortunately this is one of the most controversial conventions in this state and I think staff quality has gone down since 2017. But hopefully they fix that issue!

They were for sure at Wyndham in 2019, Marriott on 21st street in 2020 and 2022. No con in 2021. This was their first year here. They even talked about it during opening ceremonies.

I went this year for the first time. I had so much fun but golly, it was one of the worst smelling convention I've ever been to
