Day 1 was very interesting but fun for my first time at AX. Came in around 9am and went to the first panel no lines no issues. Afterwards went to entertainment hall for a bit and just happen to stumble into the Hololive booth area at just the right time for Zeta’s Hololive Meet performance to start which I didn’t even know was happening until then.

Just curious what time you arrived, and how long the wait was. I haven't been since 2019 cuz there was no crowd control, and it took a ridiculous 3 hours to get in. I'm hoping they are managing crowds better so I can go back someday.

Personally I arrived the first day at 9am for a panel and there was no line. The second day was the only day I experienced a line and it was long but moving very fast. I arrived at around 8 am and lined up at Kisegi gate which is close to the entertainment hall. It took maybe 5-8 minutes to walk to the end of the line and probably only a little bit longer than that like 8-14 minutes to walk at a consistent pace to the entrance. Then it was just waiting around in a giant crowd around the doors to each respective hall to open so personally I didn’t see a reason to wake up so early to line up just for a slightly forward position in that hall.

Based on your Day 1 experience, what is the best time to arrive? I've heard people say going around 1p-2p you'll get in faster and lines are shorter but that may not be the case
