When he transformed into vasto lorde he was already dead, even ulquiorra was surprised that ichigo was alive further proving that ulquiorra killed him, so yes it’s 100% plot armour and honestly the worst out of the big 3. If you disagree then you have to prove that ichigo was immortal which you can’t. Yes defeating kenpachi was also plot armour as he beat kenpachi in his shikai form, later on in hueco mundo this same kenpachi beat nnoitra, not even beat he destroyed nnoitra no difficulty, the same nnoitra that destroyed bankai ichigo. There’s more btw but that would be long. Also yess defeating yhwach is plot armour as he could literally do anything hing plus as soon as ichig went bankai his sword got broken instantly by yhwach which shows the difference in power and yet ichigo didn’t die somehow nor did anyone else.

With that being said,you're wrong,ichigo transforming into vasto lorde was foreshadowed a while ago when white literally said that he was gonna take control of ichigo's body if he dies and during ulquiorra's fight,was when it happened.....I can see how you would call it plot armour but it isn't,it was something that was gonna happen at some point whether it was during his fight with ulquiorra or even grimmjow Another one was the kenpachi fight.The only reason why kenpachi lost to that fight was because he was unconsciously holding back.The explanation being that ever since he fought with unohana centuries ago,he never able to find someone who can truly match him which led him to nerfing himself to enjoy his fights and be longer....this was literally explained when he was being "trained" by unohana in cour 1 tybw,it was literally the reason why she had to fight him over and over again.Also during that fight,ichigo waz basically using his soul reaper and quincy powers due to old man zangestu's involvement in that fight specifically so it's not too surprising that he won....but personally I feel like kenpachi actually won that fight cause he was the last one between the two to fall down but oh well🤷‍♀️ The Yhwach one,I don't remember it that well cause it's been a while since I've read the manga but that one did seem reasonable enough to be called plot armour....but from what I remember,it was that silver arrow that led to his downfall(aside from his arrogance and selfishness)..it did kinda just come out of nowhere but I have hopes that kubo will provide a proper development and explanation to it..specifically since he's adding scenes that he wasn't able to in the manga due to time and his health
