You seem like a respectful DB fan, so I’ll give you some reasons for why Arceus (might) win. I don’t know everything abt DB, so correct me if I’m wrong! Arceus created everything in the Pokemon multiverse. Imma start with the Creation Trio- they consist of Dialga (creator of time, time started moving once it was born), Palkia (creator of space, space also came into existence with its birth) and Giratina (creator of antimatter). Arceus created all 3 of them, meaning that Arceus has enough power to exist outside of and literally exist *BEFORE* time, space and matter. Then we have beings a little less powerful, the Lake Trio. They consist of Uxie (being of knowledge), Mesprit (being of emotion) and Azelf (being of willpower). If you don’t know what willpower is, its basically the force that gets you to do things (like moving around for example). Because Arceus created them, Arceus created knowledge itself, emotion, and willpower. If Goku or Saitaima were to kill Arceus (somehow), they’d lose all emotion, all knowledge and willpower, so they won’t even be able to do anything after. Then in Kalos, we’ve got Yvetal (being of death) and Xerneas (being of life), so Arceus is responsible for life and death existing, so if Arceus were to die by Saitama or Goku (which still doesn’t make sense, since Arceus existed before and technically created death), then Goku and Satiama would just stop existing..
