He is completely correct, it is actually shocking the amount of people who can relate. Its nice of him to "represent" us, but I wouldn't say we are a community lol. Also he has an essential tremor, which is painless, so not sure what he means by having chronic pain (unless he has another condition that's never been mentioned). I say this because his representation of chronic pain on the show is so far off its not even funny. Biggest example being the 'Calm Emotions' spell being presented as pain relief (makes no sense and someone with chronic pain would know that).

Speaking as someone who's missed out on asking a question by a person or two on more than one occasion, it's just not fair to everyone else who's waited patiently to take quite so long on the mic, however nervous or excited you might be.

I think the C3 finale will be broken up into 3 parts. Part 1 Vox Machina assaults the Malleus Stronghold. Part 2 Mighty Nein take down the Weave Mind on Ruidus and the Part 3 is Bells Hells stopping Ludinus & Predathos. Based on Matt's reaction to that Avengers Endgame question I think he is already planning that. Plus every time he talks about how it's been bringing in C1 and C2 characters and plotlines to C3 he is so dang happy because it has been his dream.

I like Aabria as a player and as a person but not as a GM, her style feels off and clashes hard with CR especially for what would be such a critical point of the story. Sign me up for more Brennan though.

I echo other comments here, I wouldn't want Aabria to be responsible for such a climatic and important part of the campaign. To me she hand holds too much. She tells what the players should be thinking and pilots them a bit.

​@@LordShadowZ I don't dislike Aabria's GM style in general, for the right kinds of stories (e.g. Misfits and Magic). But high-stakes 5e tactical combat is not her best thing, not something I want to see her come in for on CR. I think she has a hard time just playing the rules as written without trying to twist something to put her thumb on the scale of a story direction. Or she was intentionally doing that in the last fight she ran for the crown keepers on CR, and made at least one ruling (that a single-target spell does AoE friendly fire if you pick thunder damage) that didn't even seem fair to the player. Maybe she could avoid doing stuff like that in a game that wasn't "her story" since I think she knows the rules well. But I don't see the need for guest GMs, unless Matt is going to play an NPC or two like Allura joining VM and/or Essek joining M9. I'm pretty sure Matt is significantly better at tactical 5e gameplay than the CR players, and could benefit the group a lot playing a high-level spellcaster; I'd love to see that with Matt able to give his full attention to one or two characters. Or Brennan and/or Aabria (and/or Nick Marini) coming in to run some allies for M9 or VM, and let Matt GM since he knows all the background stuff going on that could come up. Especially the VM fight assaulting a fortress doesn't need to be a small team. Liam doesn't have a PC of his own for that so could also be running a character that's normally an NPC.
