And Ichigo shows no signs of having that kind of talent and insight as a leader. He is an incredible warrior and the rock one can anchor to in any storm. But he still has a long way to go as one who may become a leader. I say this with the idea that he is the one that unites his friend group so not taking care to improve himself as a leader could be quite dangerous to those who follow him.
