Banana Fish (based on 1985 manga) is one of the most traumatic anime here on the list, thankful for the editor for not giving any kind of spoilers or even a hint of what the story is all about. BF was a very controversial manga of its time, faced a lot of criticism because of its touchy topic, but was animated to mark the 40th anniversary of Yoshida's debut as a manga artist. i suggest you all to watch Banana Fish (24 episodes) after watching Jujutsu Kaisen (both are animated by MAPPA studio) WARNING ALERT !! be prepared to watch something that you will never forget and the pain will last forever.

While Banana Fish is one of my all time fave animes it is NOT for the faint of heart while though the characters and story is incredible it tackles a lot of dark and heavy subject matter and it will leave you empty inside for a while so be warned if you guys want to watch it.

You guys should start Bungou Stray Dogs!!! From character design to story line its a top tier anime. Banana fish is also so good but its really depressing 😢 its been years since the last season of Seraph of the end so id recommend the manga of it. honestly with the sub v. dub situation, I feel like it depends on the anime. Attack on Titan, jujutsu kaisen, and most sports animes have really great dubs, but you could never go wrong with the original sub.😁

YESSSS I think if you're not very familiar with the humor and how the characters normally interact you should start with a "light" anime that doesn't touch on very complicated or sensitive topics (BF). In my opinion I think it's good that u guys start with JJK which has generic but entertaining themes, it has many funny moments and good fights too. I think Attack on Titan would be a little difficult to digest, but hey, watch the anime that interests you the most, I'll watch it with you anyways! (also praying that one day you see Haikyuu)

I'm pretty sure the death note American movie is an adaptation of the original Japanese anime/manga. And i prefer watching with the original japanese language. Even though the animae is limited in here, it has the diverse genres, you guys should really start anime reactions

watch it with subtitles, the anime experience is better if u watch them in Japanese. Also, don't watch Banana Fish- that anime wrecked me and left me feeling depressed for a long time lol. But yeah, if I may suggest u may start with either AOT or JJK, your pick. Alsoo, BSD (Bungo Stray Dogs) is another gem. Anyways, we will be looking forward for more anime reactions soon. ❤️❤️❤️
