I prefer Scott's. I just love that smooth, yet angered ring to it sometimes. I'm so upset that he committed such a horrible crime. At least he didn't ruin England's character for me. Although I really actually do enjoy the new guy! He sounds so picky and angsty, I love it!

Japanese VA is perrrrrrfect. I prefer Scott Freeman's voice overall, his voice is perfect for England, but I can't even... argh... it's difficult listening to his voice now that I know what the VA has done with his life. I was able to tell that England's VA had changed when watching the show, I had to search it up to double check. The second VA isn't as good, but will suffice. Another case of the originals always being the favourite :p

I do really like taliesin, he really nails the charm of England. the biggest problem I have is the actual material he's given doesn't hold a candle to Scotts and he suffers for it. if we were to hear him redub some of the earlier episodes I think he would be given a true chance to shine

It will probably always be Scott for me. All of them are good (even the new one, I was expecting something worse but I kinda like his voice), but I love the way Scott sounds. But I just hate him for committing such a terrible crime. That doesn't chance the way I see his voice, but it definitely makes me sad, angry and disappointed.

Noriaki Sugiyama portrays England very well! He easily can capture England's sillier AND sinister moments. I rather prefer his voice. Scott Freeman is just grating. His voice is very exaggerated, and hurts my ears. His sillier moments are also very over the top. Taliesin Jaffe is also slightly grating, because he's making his voice higher on purpose. I think if he made his voice naturally deeper, it'd sound much more natural and England-esque. So, I'd say Sugiyama wins, simply because his voice is the most pleasant, as England's is in canon. English voices are meant to be smooth, for the most part, ESPECIALLY since APH England is hailing from Southern England in accent. The grating tones simply don't fit his character- he sounds more awkward than anything else. I think Jaffe would do much better if he didn't make it so high, and Freeman would be better for a role of Scotland, or Ireland maybe?

I cannot agree on Scott Freeman. The voice that he gave to England was smooth British accent and it was very nice to listen to it. I'm kinda disappointed at Fanimation for the new VA they put there. Taliesin Jaffe, in my opinion, doesn't fit England at all. England's voice literally sounds like Prussias, just with a British accent, which was quite annoying.

I'm pretty neutral about all three of them. I love the smooth soft talk that the new one did but when England's pissed off, the original English dub one of Scott's comes to mind for me. But again, that's just my opinion

I personally love Jaffe! I love Scott Freeman's voice, but I think the New England has a pretty funny voice. I feel dirty when I think about Scott Freeman's voice as the best. It was the ideal voice, but not our ideal person.

Taliesin Jaffe, to be honest. I mostly watch the dub, and one of the reasons was that I found England's (voiced by Scott freeman at the time) voice unbearably grating. I feel like Taliesin captures England's personality more accurately and I also don't have the roadblock of being used to Freeman's voice. Sure, Taliesin's accent is not as good but I think it will improve over time.

I like all the voices! I haven't watched the subs yet but from the songs and snippets of the subs I've seen, I really love the Japanese seiyuu. his voice is extremely fitting for england's portrayal. I feel fond towards Scott's voice because his was the first voice I heard for england and I find it to also be fitting and really funny to listen to, although now I just feel really uncomfortable and constantly reminded of his disgusting crime... I didn't like Taliesin at first because it's such a different accent to Scott's and his voice is a bit deeper which throws u off if ur so used to Scott's voice. But the more I listen to him as england, the more I like him! Sometimes his voice will throw me off but when england gets worked up he wins me back again lmao
