Sorry for the late response. I've heard Scarborough Fair before, and I'm just not 100% sure that it's what I'm looking for. For some reason, I associate it with the 90's. I also feel as though it's a parody or "lyrical adaptation" or something of the sort, and it's definitely related, but not quite Scarborough Fair. I appreciate the help and input though.

Some of the spices they listed are actually herbs. If a LEAF of a plant provides flavor to a food, it's an herb. Salt is also a mineral, and garlic..... it's related to onions and leeks so a vegetable? Never really thought about it.
